Job Responsibilities:
∎ Define the product strategy and roadmap
∎ Maintain MRDs and PRDs with priority
∎ Be an expert with respect to the competition
∎ Perform product demos to customers
∎ Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals
∎ Deliver a monthly revenue forecast
∎ Develop sales tools and collateral
∎ Propose an overall budget to ensure success
∎ Brief and train the sales force at monthly sales meetings
∎ Act as a leader within the company
∎ Develop business relationship with suppliers/vendors, customers
∎ Ensure the availability of both the raw materials and finished goods
∎ Supervise the level of inventory, EOQ etc. to minimize the inventory holding cost
∎ Follow up the movement of inventory and arrange to liquidate it, if any will be immovable
∎ Present performance data to management
∎ Design strategies to minimize the cost or time required to move goods
∎ Work to understand customers’ needs and how to meet them
∎ Responsible for actual inventory counts
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
∎ Excellent teamwork skills
∎ Must be able to travel 20% of the time
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Sound negotiation skills
∎ Very good at MS Office
∎ Self-motivated, flexible and energetic
∎ Ability to manage pressure
Salary: Tk. 18 - 22 (Monthly)
