Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA in Marketing from any reputed university
∎ Skills Required: Analytical Skill, creativity and innovation, Excellent communication skill, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and implement appropriate Marketing Plan and Strategy for existing responsible products and as well as newly assigned products.
∎ Analyze present market, forecast potential market and suggest relevant ideas in terms of product, price, and promotion.
∎ Prepare the yearly sales budget and profit and loss statement of the assigned products and also the expected sales forecasting for the coming year.
∎ Prepare the monthly promotional plan as per the promotional budget and to implement and monitor the impact of the promotional activities minutely.
∎ Monitor national sales achievement against the budget as well as the target in respect of volume and turnover and to evaluate individual depot performance.
∎ Prepare promotional materials.
∎ Ensure continuous supply and maintain stock level of the responsible products at all depots.
∎ Prepare and up-date the costing of the responsible products with the price change of raw materials and other parameters.
∎ Visit market to monitor competitor’s activities and market situation and accordingly propose the measures to be taken and up date the Marketing Plan.
∎ Help in developing the packing materials of the assigned new products.
