Educational Requirements:
∎ Must have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

∎ Ability to work in a team environment, build trust and relationships with vendor & cross functional partners.
∎ Strong analytical skills.
∎ Thorough understanding of testing protocol, product integrity requirements, product cycle timeline, costing & price negotiation and garment construction.

∎ Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, & Outlook.

∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the product creation process from design hand off to production approval.
∎ Grow and manage Product Developer ensuring milestones are met and product creation process is standardized across category.
∎ Provide oversight, planning, and key input to critical disciplines such as ingredient technologies, food product development, process development, equipment design, sensory, Innovation strategy, and intellectual property.
∎ Manage multi-season development calendars and the execution for all tasks related to the Product.
∎ Development cycle.
∎ Work with Sourcing on allocation of bulk orders to appropriate suppliers through consideration of available capacity, capability, workmanship and costing.
∎ Lead product solution development with teams to determine product requirements based on the needs of our client/customer.
∎ Maintain Seasonal Line Guide Information (setup and changes) with Marketing.
∎ Managing relationships with suppliers, including negotiating contracts, reviewing samples, and approving finished products.
∎ Keeping abreast of technological advances in the field to determine their potential impact on product development.
∎ Participating in meetings with engineering and design teams to discuss upcoming projects and share information about previous projects.
∎ Reviewing designs to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
∎ Establishing timelines for each phase of the product development process, including prototyping and testing.
∎ Evaluating new product ideas to determine feasibility and potential market demand.
∎ Managing the budget and financial resources associated with each product development project.
∎ Providing leadership, motivation, and guidance to a team of designers and engineers.
∎ Making strategic decisions about design elements, materials, manufacturing methods, and other factors that affect a product's performance, safety, cost, and aesthetics.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be Knowledge Supply chain Management.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English.
∎ Proficient knowledge of customer service, and standard office.
∎ Practices and procedures.
∎ Proficient computer skills.
∎ Proficient standard office equipment skills.
∎ Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
∎ Strong people skills.
∎ Excellent phone etiquette.
