∎ Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University,Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh,Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Agricultural University students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Microsoft Office Applications, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
agro based farm, Plant Breeding, plant tissue culture, Product Development, Seed Production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of business plan, Budget, analysis of market demand, product promotion, branding, and communication.
∎ A product executive communicates with people outside the company and establishes relationships with business partners & also thinks creatively and makes decisions.
∎ To monitor sales achievement against the budget as well as the target in respect of volume and value and to evaluate individual performance.
∎ To update continuously GM, GAPL on the business performance and take initiative for improving business results.
∎ To develop the packaging material of the products which are under development and also look for cost-effective & creative alternatives of existing ones.
∎ To keep and maintain a database regarding all product-related information (Sales, Budget, Forecast, etc.)
∎ To generate ideas of business diversification for future requirements.
∎ To perform any other job as assigned by Superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ 4-5 years practical experience in Seed Business.
A product executive must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
He also must have persuasion aptitude and the ability to coordinate activities.
