Responsibilities & Context:
Product Upload & Website Management
- Upload products on our WordPress WooCommerce site (we'll train you!)
- Resize/edit images in Photoshop with logo, text, labels
- Create print-ready files in Illustrator (accurate size/measurement)
Social Media Content Creation
- Create and post high-quality content on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn
- Edit & publish short videos, reels, and project highlights
- Maintain consistent branding and visual quality
Customer Support & Sales
- Handle client queries via phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, chat, etc.
- Explain products, guide on features, warranty, order process
- Attend in-office clients, provide product demos
Quotation & Follow-Up
- Prepare product quotations as per price guidelines
- Follow up with leads and maintain client communication
Video Presentation
- Make product demo videos, tutorials, and client site visit videos (inside Dhaka)
- Present in Bangla & English with confidence on camera
Product Learning & Teamwork
- Learn new smart home products continuously
- Work closely with marketing, technical, and sales teams
