Position Overview:
We`re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join Solar EPC Development Ltd. In this role, you`ll be essential in making sure we get the materials and services we need for our solar projects on time and within budget. This is an entry-level position for recent graduates who are excited to start their careers in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the procurement process for materials and services required for solar projects.
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
Prepare and issue purchase orders and contracts in compliance with company policies and project requirements.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
Coordinate with suppliers & local vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Monitor inventory, supply materials at the site & coordinate with project managers to forecast future needs.
Assist for preparing and archiving of all pre- and post-shipment documents if needed.
PI, LC document, BL/HAWB collection from shipper and forwarder on time if needed.
Contact Freight (C&F) and customs concerns when required
Support the Supply Chain Manager in various tasks and projects as needed.
