∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop Private Traffic Team:
∎ Train the local members with private traffic mechanics
∎ Hire key account manager(s) to increase adoption rate of brands in BD
∎ Liaise with local Daraz Mall and Commercial team to develop monthly targets for brands
∎ Assign KPIs to each team member and hold them accountable at the end of each month
∎ Performance:
∎ Develop business cases and weekly/monthly reports at brand-level
∎ Conduct weekly meetings with central HoD to discuss past week's performance and prospects
∎ Raise awareness among local brands regarding the solution.
∎ Successfully conduct the Private Traffic launch event in BD
∎ Provide marketing expertise to local brands to improve their performance
∎ Initiate incentive program for BD brands.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years of proven working experience in E-commerce industry.
∎ Ability and confidence to make key decisions with significant business impact
∎ Proven team player with the ability to guide and influence cross-functional teams
∎ Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies.
∎ Knowledge on online marketing strategies.
∎ Knowledge on website keyword selection and analysis
∎ Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail and follow-through; strong prioritization and time-management skill
