Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Able to work under pressure, dyeing and printing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have experience of fabric Digital Printing Machine (Wider width)
∎ Should be responsible for complete Digital Machine section i. e. from strike off to bulk Printing.
∎ Should be handled all problems & solution related to Digital Printing Machine
∎ Good knowledge of before & after process for fabric preparation of digital Printing.
∎ Should be aware about the colour matching of fabric
∎ Well versed with the designing software.
∎ Should know the details about Colour Separation, Strike Off and Bulk Printing.
∎ Inspects work in progress and finished materials to see that quality and quantity standards are compiled with.
∎ Resolves technical problems such as special ink mixtures.
∎ Sees that records of cost, production, and time worked are maintained and appropriate records submitted.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 years of progressively responsible experience in DGM/AGM position.
∎ Up-to-date knowledge on textile technology, sources and process
∎ Technical knowledge at the supervisory level and experience of handling related equipment and machinery
∎ Good leadership and motivation skills and strong expertise to head Production department
∎ 15 + Years' experience in denim/textile production management for Diploma Engineers
∎ 10 + Years' experience in denim/textile production management for B.Sc. Engineers
