Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in "Entomology" or "Plant Pathology" from reputed public agricultural university.
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Good communication skills in both Bangla English, Negotiation Skills

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Biopesticides, Pest Control and Management, Research and Development
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop the protocol or package of different pest control.
∎ Monitoring the quality control test procedure of the bio products.
∎ Daily supervision of production and processing.
∎ Production target achievement.
∎ Find the source (home & abroad) of different bio products.
∎ Develop different mass rearing protocol of beneficial insects.
∎ Conduct performance trial different bio products as routine work.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 34 years

Salary: Negotiable
