∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Proven 5 years’ experience in educational leadership roles, preferably as a principal or Vice Principal in any reputed English Medium school.
∎ Minimum 10 Years teaching experience in any reputed English Medium School.
∎ Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Sound knowledge of educational policies, curriculum development, and assessment practices.
∎ Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of educators and staff members.
∎ Excellent communication skill in English (Both written and spoken)
∎ Proficient with the use of computer programs, report writing, and forecastingGood understanding of health and safety regulations.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement academic policies, programs, and curriculum in alignment with educational standards and best practices.
∎ Oversee teaching at the school and ensure the classes are covering and meeting the requirements set out by the governing body.
∎ Supervise the planning, delivery, and assessment of educational programs to ensure high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
∎ Manage the school budget for all required expenditures such as learning materials, salaries, and also extracurricular activities.
∎ Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
∎ Lead recruitment, selection, and professional development of teaching and administrative staff.
∎ Maintain effective communication channels with staff, students, parents, and stakeholders.
∎ Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes respect, integrity, and diversity.
∎ Promote student engagement, participation in extracurricular activities, and leadership development initiatives.
∎ Build and maintain strong partnerships with parents, community organizations, and educational stakeholders.
∎ Engage in ongoing professional development activities to stay updated on educational trends, pedagogical approaches, and leadership practices.
