• Master’s degree in Education or relevant subject (additional professional qualifications preferred)

• 7 to 10 years

• Minimum 7–10 years of teaching and administrative experience in an English Medium School
• Sound knowledge of integrating Islamic education with modern curriculum
• Strong leadership, academic planning, and institutional management skills
• Willingness to take challenges and play a key role in establishing and developing a new school
• Ability to uphold Islamic values while ensuring academic excellence
• Excellent communication and leadership skills in English and Bangla
