Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline; preferably in Education or Management or Public Administration from a Public University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 20 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure proper operation and function of the School & College.
∎ To ensure proper coordination with all departments of the School & College.
∎ To direct, control and monitor the overall activities of the School & College.
∎ To develop standardized curricula, assess and implement the appropriate teaching methods.
∎ • To monitor students' activities and their sustainable achievements.
∎ To encourage parents' involvement in School/College activities.
∎ To review policies & procedures and set an acceptable standard.
∎ To hire and evaluate staff and oversee their facilities.
∎ To contribute and maintain a congenial working environment inside the School & College.
∎ To be intelligent, skilled, courageous, bold in facing and tackling any unwanted / undesired situation of the School & College independently.
∎ To be concerned and proactive about creative & innovative ideas for developing and protecting School & College's interest.
∎ To maintain good relationship with all Regulatory Bodies, Law Enforcing Departments and Local Authorities.
∎ Other Duties & Responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 15 to 20 years as a Principal / Vice-Principal of a reputed School & College.
∎ Should have analytical ability and superior capacity in correspondence.
∎ Should have good communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ Should be computer literate including the knowledge of MS-Office.
∎ Should be honest, sincere, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.
∎ Should have team building capacity and strong leadership quality.
∎ Should have 5-7 years' experience in similar position.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
