• Additional qualifications in Educational Leadership or Management are preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience to run Educational Institute, where at least 3 years as a principal or vice principal.

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills is required.
• Must have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups, including faculty, staff, students, and industry professionals.

Job Summary:

An Upcoming Polytechnic Institute is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and visionary Principal to lead and manage the institution. The principal will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the academic, administrative, and operational functions of the institute. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering education, leadership experience, and a passion for advancing the quality of education in fields such as Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Textile Engineering, and Automobile Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• The candidate has to handle the institute’s pre-opening activities, e.g., documentation, approval and permissions.
• He/ She has to take care all renewals of relevant documents in a timely manner
• The incumbent has to serve as the representative of the institute to external stakeholders, including government bodies, alumni, and the public.
• The candidate has to be up-to-date about different government and organization funds and work on institute’s eligibility to avail those funds.
