Educational Requirements:
∎ Educational qualification is HSC with at least 08 years practical experience in any 100% export oriented composite textile mills.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure proper pretreatment of fabric for better quality and production
∎ To check the fabrics quality according to buyer inspection standard.
∎ Record keeping like production, stock of fabrics & other variable within department.
∎ Co-ordination with other internal department & if required marketing team
∎ Keep all the report record in the production book.
∎ Train-up the down team like operator, Assistant operator, Helper.
∎ Reduce wastage & increase productivity.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable

∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ The salary will be fixed on the basis of the discussion which is negotiable. The employee will also be entitled for other fringe benefits upon the agreement of both parties according to the company’s policies.
