Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting prescription survey.
∎ Visiting doctors, farmers & chemists to know about our service.
∎ Knowing about field force customer coverage and customer satisfaction.
∎ Performing audits of customer invoices to ensure they are correct and accurate.
∎ Recording details about customer complaints, including the nature of the complaint, who was involved, how it was resolved, and whether any follow-up actions are taken.
∎ Collecting information about competitor activities from the market.
∎ Preparing weekly and monthly reports on audit activities.
∎ Performing other operational quality audits as required

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Candidates with relevant experience will be given preference.
∎ Strong analytical skills.
∎ Strong social and communication skills.
∎ Ability to ride motorcycle.
∎ Willing to travel and work anywhere in the country.
