Job Context:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Presales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and potential customers. This role requires a logical and analytical mindset, adaptability, and proficiency in technology. The candidate should also be proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Additionally, they should be well-presented in both appearance and communication, with excellent verbal skills. A fast learner, the candidate must be able to quickly understand and present technical solutions that meet client needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during client engagements.

  • Conduct product demonstrations, proof of concepts (PoCs), and technical presentations to customers.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling technical documentation, proposals, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Analyze customer needs and provide logical, data-driven solutions.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

  • Support the sales team in preparing cost-benefit analyses, ROI calculations, and competitive positioning.

  • Assist in responding to Tender, EOI, RFQ, RFPs, RFIs, and other technical queries from clients.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to enhance the presales process.

  • Communicate with OEMs, distributors, vendors, and partners as needed based on requirements.

  • Manage partnerships effectively.
