• Proven experience as a Pre-sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar technical role
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly language.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with sales processes and the ability to work collaboratively with sales teams.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings or demonstrations

• Research and evaluate technical solutions and recommend the best course for given requirements
• Develop comprehensive technical documentation that meets organizational standards
• Build custom demonstrations and deliver Proof Of Concepts (POC)
• Assist with responses to customer RFIs and RFPs
• Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the company
• Upgrading, configuring and debugging existing systems
• Utilize established development tools, guidelines and convention
• Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action.
• Create technical specifications and test plans.
