Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for business growth, expansion into new markets, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Identify potential business opportunities and emerging trends in the software industry.
  • Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
  • Monitor sales team performance and set strategies and goals.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Communicate the company's value proposition, offerings, and benefits effectively to clients and partners.
  • Understand client needs, gather feedback, and ensure the company's products and services meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Prepare service or technical-related documents.
  • Prepare and update end-user contents (Tutorial, user manual, etc.)
  • Prepare and manage a marketing plan for an intended product, service, idea, or event and pitch deck
  • Provide input on product features, functionality, and enhancements based on client feedback and market research.
  • Understanding the product and customer profile and writing thorough specs for each
  • Identify potential risks and challenges in business development activities and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Identify and establish partnerships that can enhance the company's offerings, reach, and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with third-party organizations to create joint ventures or strategic alliances.
