∎ We modernize legacy applications and create new digital products to help our clients solve complex problems and digitally transform their operations. We are looking for a Practice Manager to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • As the Technical Lead of the Practice Domain; develop, document, support products and services, follow and introduce the most recent technologies, build and maintain leadership in the Domain
∎ • As the Lead of the Practice Domain Team; build, train, coach the team, assess performances, define and measure KPIs, oversee and plan the resource requirements and provide most efficient use of the resources
∎ • Work collaboratively with Delivery Managers, build project teams collaboratively, plan, provide and support the resources, determine project requirements, identify risks, and develop work schedules for the team
∎ • Act as a Technical Lead to manage the Scrum team of 5-10 developers and oversee all projects they undertake
∎ • Work collaboratively with Sales and Customer Success teams on drafting SOWs, assess and plan customer technology product & solution requirements, provide resource and time estimates for the projects
∎ • Act as the PM for the POC phase of the new projects with the new clients, after successfully completing the POC, handing over to the Delivery Manager
∎ • Work collaboratively with HR to recruit, interview and select new team members, and to support performance management
∎ • Cultivate positive team norms and develop working relationships with team members to build up team morale and sustain motivation
∎ • Keep track of employee timesheet recordings and ensure time records are reported properly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Enterprise Architecture certification is an asset

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
