• MS-102 – Microsoft 365 Administrator

• MS-700 – Teams Administrator Associate

• MS-100 / MS-101 – Identity & Services

• AZ-305 / AZ-500 – Azure Architect / Security Technologies

• SC-100 / SC-300 – Cybersecurity Architect / Identity & Access Administrator

• Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (Highly Preferred)

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Technical Infrastructure

• Age At least 30 years

• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and cloud technologies, with 5+ years in leadership or architecture roles.

• Proven experience in designing and delivering Microsoft Modern Work and Hybrid Cloud environments.

• Deep understanding of:

  Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Entra ID, Windows Server, Intune, Teams, and SharePoint

  Hybrid identity, conditional access, and zero trust security frameworks

  Azure IaaS, hybrid networking, and data center integration

  Microsoft Defender, Security & Compliance, and Purview solutions

• Strong business and financial understanding of service delivery and P&L management.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Summary:
The Practice Lead – Microsoft Modern Work & Hybrid Cloud Solutions drives the strategy, growth, and delivery excellence of the Modern Work practice, covering Microsoft 365, Azure Cloud, Security, and Endpoint Management. The role blends technical leadership, business strategy, and team development to ensure innovation, customer satisfaction, and alignment with Microsoft’s partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Practice Strategy & Growth

   • Develop and execute the roadmap for Modern Work & Hybrid Cloud.

   • Define GTM offerings, service portfolios, and reusable frameworks.

   • Collaborate with sales and Microsoft partners to achieve revenue and growth targets.

2. Solution Leadership & Innovation

   • Oversee design and delivery of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, and Azure hybrid solutions.

   • Ensure compliance with Microsoft’s Well-Architected and security frameworks.

   • Drive innovation through research and continuous improvement.

3. Technical Governance & Delivery Excellence

   • Set and enforce architecture standards and documentation best practices.

   • Provide technical oversight for complex projects and approve HLD/LLD designs.

   • Ensure solution scalability, security, and delivery consistency.

4. Team Leadership & Development

   • Lead and mentor architects, specialists, and engineers.

   • Drive certification, training, and performance excellence across the team.

   • Serve as the escalation point for technical and delivery challenges.

5. Business Collaboration & Customer Engagement

   • Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise and government clients.

   • Support pre-sales, executive presentations, and partner engagements.

   • Represent the company at Microsoft partner and industry events.

6. Practice Operations & Reporting

   • Monitor project pipelines, utilization, and P&L performance.

   • Track KPIs, partnership metrics, and MCPP compliance.

   • Report on delivery success, certifications, and revenue impact.
