- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and engaging attitude.
- Handle cash, card, and digital transactions with precision.
- Maintain updated knowledge of products, promotions, and pricing.
- Share product knowledge and suggestions based on customer preferences.
- Support inventory updates and stock display when needed.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization at the checkout counter.
- Report any discrepancies in transactions or system issues to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with shop team members to enhance overall customer experience.
