Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology, Diploma in Engineering in Textile Technology

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To monitor and control all production process in Spinning ( From Back Process to Finished yarn)
∎ To monitor production target in all shifts as per quality parameters
∎ To optimize resources to ensure required quality with maximum production to achieve the maximum profitability
∎ Identifying areas of improvement and recommending process modifications to enhance operational efficiency of the systems
∎ Monitoring quality and process control systems, standards and procedures for maintaining the quality as per standards
∎ Follow up of color codification in the department for avoiding material mix up
∎ Maintain the health safety, applicable legal compliance, neat and tidy conditions
∎ To ensure the participation of subordinates in the various training programs
∎ Wastage control of raw material, WIP material and finished goods.
∎ Cost control, operational excellence, efficiency, timely delivery and quality output

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
