Responsibilities & Context:
Plan, organize, and manage daily manufacturing operations.
Implement and maintain quality control systems (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.).
Monitor raw material usage and inventory control.
Ensure production schedules are met on time with minimal downtime.
Supervise, train, and develop production teams.
Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, sales, and engineering teams.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations (plastic waste, recycling, emissions).
Manage operational budgets and reduce manufacturing costs.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
Report directly to senior management on plant performance.
Investigate and resolve quality issues or customer complaints.
