• B.Sc. Ag (Hon's) with MS in Genetics & plant Breeding/ Horticulture.

• Setting Breeding goals and strategies.

• Prepare breeding program season wise according to organization need.

• Execute breeding program according to plan.

• Prepare report of breeding findings.

• Keep pedigree record crop wise.

• Establish develop and maintain positive business environment.

• Salary Review: Yearly
