PIS SQUARE is looking for dynamic, target-driven, and customer-focused Sales Representatives to join our growing team. If you are passionate about sales and building strong customer relationships, this opportunity is for you.

📍 Location: Plaza AR, 4th Floor (Lift 3rd), Shop No 420, Dhanmondi 32, Beside Subahanbag Mosjid, Dhaka

🕒 Employment Type: Full-time

🔹 Job Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with product selection and ensure a great shopping experience

- Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling

- Maintain product displays, stock levels, and store cleanliness

- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

- Prepare sales reports and maintain proper documentation

- Follow up with potential clients and ensure customer satisfaction

- Stay updated on product features, pricing, and promotions

🔹 Requirements:

- Previous retail sales experience preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Target-oriented and self-motivated

- Passion for fashion, sneakers, and lifestyle products

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Basic knowledge of MS Office
