Job Responsibilities:
∎ The role is responsible for designing, coding and modifying websites, from layout to function and according to a client's specifications.
∎ Maintaining and expanding/enhancing the website once built and implement contingency plans
∎ Working closely with IT team and executive management
∎ Constant communication with other colleagues in the business to develop and deploy their content - and ensuring there is a clear establishment of what can be created within what timeframe
∎ Researching different software programs, maintaining software documentation
∎ Motivated, proactive, enthusiastic and hardworking
Additional Requirements:
∎ EXPERIENCE:
∎ 3 yrs. of strong experience Joomla plug-in/integration/development experience.
∎ 3 yrs. of E-commerce experience.
∎ 3+ yrs of software design and development experience.
∎ 5 yrs of PHP development experience.
∎ Experience with code debugging.
∎ Proven experience of working within a deadline-driven environment.
∎ Full stack experience in UI/UX
∎ API building
∎ SKILLS:
∎ Strong PHP 7 skills and knowledge of OOP and SOLID principles
∎ Familiar with front-end stack (HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, Vue)
∎ Excellent English communication skills
∎ A true team player
