Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist customers in selecting and purchasing medications, healthcare products, and supplies.
∎ Provide information about product usage, dosage, and potential side effects.
∎ Promote selling of complementary products (e.g., vitamins, skincare, hygiene products).
∎ Understand product ingredients, benefits, and appropriate use to effectively educate and guide customers.
∎ Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and new product requests.
∎ Assist in managing stock levels, checking expiry dates, and ensuring proper inventory turnover.
∎ Organize and restock shelves, ensuring products are neatly displayed and priced.
∎ Maintain accurate records of sales, transactions, and inventory levels.
∎ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the pharmacy.
∎ Help increase the pharmacy's revenue by suggesting products based on customer needs and prescriptions.
∎ Build relationships with regular customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
