• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Pharmacy will get preference

• Solid understanding of pharmaceutical guidelines, regulations, and best practices.

• Proficiency in dispensing medications with accurate dosage and administration.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

• Good knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and proper pharmacy record-keeping.

• Familiarity with pharmaceutical software and basic computer applications.

• Experience in dealing with pharmaceutical companies/parties and managing purchase orders.

• Ability to handle all kinds of billing and financial records related to the pharmacy.

• Knowledge and experience in operating a Model Pharmacy according to national standards.

Aurora Specialized Hospital, located in Kakrail, Dhaka, is seeking a qualified and dedicated Pharmacist (Pharmacy In-Charge) to join our healthcare team. This position offers an opportunity to contribute pharmaceutical services in a supportive and professional environment.

• Dispense medications accurately and counsel patients on proper usage, dosage, and possible side effects.

• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication therapy management.

• Maintain and monitor pharmaceutical inventory to ensure adequate stock levels at all times.

• Ensure strict compliance with relevant drug laws, regulations, and hospital policies.

• Participate in patient education programs and provide guidance on safe medication use and healthcare management.

• Assist in the training, supervision, and development of pharmacy assistants and support staff.

• Stay updated on pharmaceutical research, new drugs, and treatment protocols.

• Contribute to increasing pharmacy sales by ensuring quality service and proper product knowledge.

• Apply knowledge of drug administration rules and regulations in day-to-day operations.
