Responsibilities & Context:
Sales & Promotion:
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacies, hospitals, and distributors.
- Achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
Product Knowledge:
- Explain drug features, benefits, dosages, and side effects to healthcare professionals.
- Stay updated on new medicines and industry trends.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, chemists, and medical institutions.
- Address customer queries and provide after-sales support.
Order Processing & Distribution:
- Take orders, ensure timely delivery, and manage stock levels.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams.
Market Research & Reporting:
- Monitor competitor products and market demand.
- Submit sales reports and feedback to management.
