Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Dispensing prescriptions.
∎ Organize and manage the medicine store.
∎ Proper management of near expired and expired medicines.
∎ Communicate With Prescribers.
∎ Ensure Patients' Safety.
∎ Ensure patient’s understanding medical prescriptions.
∎ Work With Patients on General Health.
∎ Educate Health Provider Colleagues.
∎ Stock Management.
∎ Maintain diligently all records including Stock Register & Challans.
∎ Dispensing according to prescription.
∎ Dissemination of accurate information to the patients regarding medications and their usage.
∎ Ensuring that the medicines prescribed to patients are suitable.
∎ Advising patients about medicines, including how to take them, what reactions may occur and answering patients' questions.
∎ Ensure stock management and proper record keeping.
∎ Ensure medicine shelf life.
∎ Diploma in Pharmacy from Govt. approved Institution.
∎ Should have license from Bangladesh pharmacy council.
∎ Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as pharmacist.
∎ Ability to think critically.
∎ Strong numerical skills.
∎ Attention to detail.
∎ Problem-solving.
∎ Observation skills.
∎ Communication and social skills.
∎ Responsible for:
