∎ B. Pharm/ M. Pharm or Science graduate with extensive sales experience in the sale industry.

∎ 4 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The role entails selling of Pharmaceutical Raw Materials (Excipients and APIs) and responsible to give first hand technical support to the formulation development scientist for various formulation dosage forms.
∎ The candidate will work as a member of techno-commercial team and will be responsible for existing sales & new business developments thru identifying the potential customers & account receivable.
∎ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
∎ Business development thru new project generation, keep track of ongoing projects, hunting of new business, providing technical assistance/ application knowledge to the product development team at manufacturer end, mapping new markets, research and gather industry requirements, updating customers with new product line, capabilities of various gap analysis.
∎ The position will be liable for daily call report, monthly sales report, supplier report and any other reports as decided by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experiences both in Sales & Product Development is preferable.
∎ Skill development : Candidate will get On-job and overseas training for skill development as & whenever required.
∎ 4 - 7 years of total experience in sales of Pharmaceutical Raw Materials. 2-3 years' experience in formulation development will be preferred.

You have 3 to 6 years of working experience in formulation development and troubleshooting for various pharmaceutical dosage forms. You are technically savvy in your field and have track record of new product development & trouble shooting. You are hands-on experienced working in UKMHRA/ US FDA.

You can assess and interpret scientific literature to develop desired or new formulation approaches.

∎ You have excellent organizational skills. You can handle multiple assignments, plan experiments, and prioritize tasks. You understand the value of safe and organized lab and proper record keeping.

∎ Competencies (Academic qualifications. Experiences & personal attributes):
∎ Minimum 4 to 7 years of working experience in Raw Material Sales. Candidate have 2 to 3 years of working experience in research & development or in production will be an added advantage.
∎ Candidate has to be comfortable and enthusiastic to do extensive travel (domestic and overseas) for business development and training.
∎ Capability of taking extensive factory visits & aptitude to establish two-way communications with R&D scientist is a MUST requirement.
∎ Excellent business communication & presentation skills, strong command in English, should be confident and a go getter approach is required.
∎ Proactive, Entrepreneurship attitude and do job independently. Consistently produces high-quality work. Acts with urgency to resolve problems. Is accountable and honors commitments to the organization. Drives enterprise value through a sense of ownership.

∎ Computer knowledge and Email correspondence - should have knowledge in corporate mail correspondence and minimum knowledge in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentation and advance Excel, etc.
