Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The role entails leading technical consultation with the formulation development scientist to share the ideas of formulation development/ process development/scale-up trials/ troubleshooting/ trend updates etc. at various stages of solid, semisolid, liquid, injectable, parenteral, and various other dosage forms.
∎ Design and implement of company's strategic plan related to technical support service, cultivate new ideas, and correlate among various technical options to bring the best solution to the formulation development scientist at the customer end.
∎ Perform literature/ patent search for innovative products and help generic product development for regulatory submission as well as for domestic markets.
∎ Development platform generation through new project generation, keeping track of ongoing projects, and hunting new development opportunities through various gap analyses.
∎ Project management and prepare project updates for internal and external sales and development teams.
∎ High-level presentation skillset to give regular presentations in front of the product development team or PMD team at formulation manufacturers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 4 to 8 years of working experience in the R&D or Formulation Development Team in a reputed Pharmaceuticals Company.
∎ Candidate must be comfortable and enthusiastic to do extensive travel (domestic and overseas) for business development and trainings.
∎ Capability of taking extensive factory visits & aptitude to establish two-way communications with R&D scientists in Pharmaceuticals company is a MUST requirement.
∎ Excellent business communication & presentation skills, strong command in English, should be confident and a go getter approach is required.

You have 4 to 8 years of working experience in formulation development and troubleshooting for various pharmaceutical dosage forms. You are technically savvy in your field and have track record of new product development & trouble shooting. You are hands-on experienced working in UKMHRA/ US FDA.
