Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position will be primarily responsible to coordinate with suppliers / principals and with internal sales team to ensure smooth supplies of the raw material to various industry segments.
∎ This position will be responsible to generate Proforma Invoice for clients, LC preparation, reviewing and monitoring of the LC related works to make sure necessary amendments & corrections.
∎ Customs Handling, Price negotiation, Co-ordination with C&F agents & material clearance, Banks, Freight Forwarders & Transporters to get imported goods clearance on-time.
∎ Ensure all formalities laid out by suppliers and compliances are completed for smooth execution of import orders.
∎ Inventory management, tracking regular inventory requirements, coordinate with BU Manager to plan and order inventories per plan.
∎ Critical complaint management & proactive attention through the works are must.
∎ Gathering appropriate information from customers/ sales team to create customer master data base/KYC.
∎ TEAM Player with right Behavioral Attitudes are MUST for this position.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ B. Pharm / M. Pharm/ Science Graduates / Master in Business Administration or Other discipline with working experience in supply chain management, customer service and Logistic.
∎ 5 - 8 years of working experiences in supply chain management, customs and CNF agent handing, customer service and logistic.
∎ Excellent command in English - Speaking, Writing and Listening. Candidate must attend extensive emailing & phone calls from overseas principals.
∎ Possess strong MS Office skillsets and knowledge of any enterprise software is good to have.
∎ Proactive, team player and Integrity -does the right thing when nobody's "looking". Is honest in all internal and external customer relations. Exhibits ethical and moral behavior in everyday business conduct. Is as straightforward as possible in all situations. Insists on all employees treating others (at any level) with respect.
