∎ Maintain the MD’s calendar by coordinating appointments, meetings, conferences, and events.
∎ Manage the day-to-day administrative activities including note-taking, filing, scheduling, and office organization.
∎ Maintain and preserve confidential documents, records, and important files systematically.
∎ Arrange and coordinate internal/external meetings, prepare agendas, collect materials, and record minutes.
∎ Circulate minutes and follow up with stakeholders on assigned action items.
∎ Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for the MD.
∎ Support the planning and execution of professional conferences, training sessions, and strategic meetings.
