Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Candidate must have own bike.
∎ Must need to know Bangla & English typing.
∎ Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director.
∎ Manage the MD's calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
∎ Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
∎ Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
∎ Coordinate events and special projects as assigned.
∎ Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the Managing Director.
∎ Executive Support: Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
∎ Communication: Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
∎ Document Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required by the MD.
∎ Meeting Coordination: Organize and attend meetings, take minutes, and ensure action points are followed up.
∎ Task Management: Assist the MD in managing daily tasks, projects, and deadlines.
∎ Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
∎ Liaison: Act as the point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
∎ Research: Conduct research and provide insights on various topics as requested by the MD.
∎ Event Planning: Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and executive functions.
∎ Personal Errands: Manage personal errands and tasks for the MD as needed.
∎ Design different action plan for the improvement of the company.
∎ Visit all branch offices on the demand of the necessity of the Managing Director & the Department Head.
∎ Check daily mails and report to the Managing Director and the Department Head accordingly.
∎ Draft of emails, different types of letters, articles etc.
∎ Convey the Managing Director and the Department Head's advice and perform given tasks 100% during the time line.
∎ Make schedule of meeting and audit in time & provide fruitful action plan.
∎ Report to the Managing Director, the Department Head and required Top Management on different issues of HO & Factories.
∎ Assist all departments of HO & other factories on their requirements.
∎ Establish lots of written report on production & other departments to bring the visibility of the works.
∎ Promptly send all correspondence as decided by the Top Management.
∎ Develop understanding between Top Management, Employees & Workers.
