Personal Assistant (PA) provides administrative and organizational support to our Director. Here’s a concise overview of key responsibilities:

Core Duties

  • Scheduling and Calendar Management: Organizing meetings, appointments, and events.               
  • Communication Management: Handling emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Travel Arrangements: Booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries. 
  • Errand Running: Shopping, picking up items, or completing personal tasks.
  • Document Preparation: Drafting, editing, or filing documents.
  • Confidentiality Maintenance: Managing sensitive information with discretion.
  • Task Coordination: Liaising with teams, vendors, or household staff.
  • Problem Solving: Anticipating needs and resolving issues promptly.
