Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage daily schedules, calendars, appointments, and reminders.
∎ Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls
∎ Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
∎ Maintain proper filing systems and ensure easy retrieval of documents.
∎ Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
∎ Assist in personal errands and ad-hoc administrative tasks
∎ Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks
∎ Ad hoc responsibilities as & when given by the Management.
∎ We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
