Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA /MBA in Human Resource Management and/or Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or Related field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ To assist leadership, coordination, advice and ensure of the Staffing Solutions, P&C Services, Staff care, Capacity Building, Organizational Development and Human Resources across the response Office with the aim of optimizing the performance, enhancing the organizational culture and ensuring that all relevant areas are as per World Vision Bangladesh Rohingya Crisis Response.
∎ Be a business support to Response P&C Coordinator in any people and culture issues, and provide effective support to Cox’s Bazar Office with efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support in recruitment like sending interview invitation, calls, making attendance sheet and compilation of scoring
∎ Provide logistics and administrative support for the interviews
∎ Collect and document all interview related documents: Pre-application form, score compilation, evaluation sheet, attendance
∎ Documentation of reference check and BPS checking
∎ Prepare salary proposal and employment letter for new joining.
∎ Support to P & C Coordinator for new staff on boarding communication
∎ Check documents for new staff joining (as per the P&C Check list)
∎ Briefly orient staff on organizational policy on joining date
∎ Collect and document staffs profile for OP ID
∎ Support P & C coordinator for preparing all kind of employment letter
∎ Maintain leave tracker
∎ Update staffs’ personal information in Excel on monthly basis
∎ Assist P & C Coordinator on separation process of staff.
∎ Maintain staff inclusion and exclusion information for Metlife and provide it to P & C Coordinator.
∎ Support P & C Coordinator for final settlement of separated staff within month.
∎ Provide new staff bank information and employment letter to finance
∎ Support to coordinate P&C/organizational events (meetings, training, workshop, special day observation etc.)
∎ Make sure ID card for staff and facilitator provided on time.
∎ Support in facilitators’ recruitment if needed
∎ Support P & C Coordinator for other duties as per requirements

∎ Supervisor/Management, Problem solving, negotiation, communication and collaborative skills
∎ Strong ability of analysis, decision making and relational skills
∎ Influence to other, personally credible, critical thinker, driven to deliver, courage to challenge and curious minded
∎ Strong ability to work under pressure, have good time and self-management skills, trustworthy & impartial
∎ Displays cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality and age sensitivity and adaptability.
∎ Trusted to organizational policy and maintain high confidentiality.
∎ Ability to tolerate ambiguity in change management process.
∎ At least 2 years work experience in staff development or related fields, in a local/ international organization preferably in NGO context.
∎ Proven experience in facilitation and conflict negotiation
∎ Proven experience as a team player
∎ Competent in the use of Microsoft Office computer programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Salary: Negotiable
