∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Employee Income Tax, Payroll Processing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Processes company's payroll every pay period
∎ Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data
∎ Computes employee take-home pay based on time records, benefits, and taxes
∎ Answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records
∎ Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc. with assistance of a computer system
∎ Receives and coordinates requests for leave and other absences
∎ Handles changes in exemptions, job status, and job titles
∎ Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law
∎ Identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies in time sheet and payroll records
∎ Honours confidentiality of employees' pay records
∎ Completes payroll reports for record-keeping purposes or managerial review
∎ Receive approval from upper management for payments when needed
∎ Determines employees’ tax obligations by calculating taxable income as well as review the Income Tax Act 1984 and necessary amendments.
∎ Performs the distribution of salaries through issuance of paper checks or direct transfers to employees' bank accounts
∎ Coordinate with Finance & Accounts Department from time to time for tax disbursement, tax challan collection, final settlement of outgoing employees etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good Verbal & Written Communication Skills
∎ Must have a great analytical skill and able to perform sensitivity and fairness reviews on big data platform.
∎ Strong organizational skills.
∎ An ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
∎ A collaborative spirit, being able to work comfortably in group settings.
∎ Strong attention to detail.
∎ An ability to work efficiently under pressure.
∎ Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills.
∎ Excellent Mathematical Skills, Accounting and Bookkeeping Skills.
∎ Superior computer and data entry skills and competent in work with MS Excel (Spreadsheets environment).
∎ Capable of working with minimal Supervision, honesty, record keeping skills, follows instructions well.
∎ Familiar with Payroll Software.
∎ Basic Understanding of Income Tax procedures.
∎ Multi-tasking abilities and ability to work on a deadline.
