We are looking for a Payroll Officer / Senior Officer with strong hands-on experience in Kormee Payroll Software and RMG sector payroll management. The ideal candidate must be capable of handling large-scale factory payroll accurately and on time, in compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law.

• Handle full payroll lifecycle for workers and staff in a large RMG setup
• Operate, update, and manage payroll through Kormee Payroll Software
• Process wages, overtime, night allowance, attendance, leave, incentives, and bonuses
• Ensure payroll practices comply with Bangladesh Labor Law and buyer compliance standards
• Generate payroll reports, pay slips, bank advice, and management summaries
• Support internal & external audits and respond to payroll-related queries
• Maintain strict confidentiality and data integrity of payroll records
