Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement quality procedures, safety guidelines, and testing specifications.
Monitor raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Inspect and evaluate production output and take necessary action against quality deviations.
Analyze production and quality metrics and prepare statistical reports for management.
Train, supervise, and mentor QC/QA team members and production line workers.
Lead quality improvement, waste reduction, efficiency, and problem-solving initiatives.
Identify root causes of quality defects and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Communicate technical quality requirements effectively with cross-functional teams.
Investigate customer complaints and ensure timely corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, quality standards, and internal pocedure.
