Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor Degree from any reputed institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to lead and organize merchandising team to execute RMG export orders within agreed delivery date
∎ Organize, distribute the jobs among the team member and ensure that the deadlines are met
∎ RMG order development / Sourcing (Woven-bottom)
∎ Follow up & Coordination with Production, Quality and Commercial department
∎ Source and develop fabrics, trim and accessories in short lead time & receiving on time
∎ Production: Prepare “Time & Action” and implement the same with the suppliers
∎ Ensure that all samples, trims, fabrics have been approved before production
∎ Ensure that all materials have been tested and meet the required standard
∎ Monitor the production status and progress and solve the issues related
∎ Ensure that the quality standard required are met
∎ On time shipment & monitoring

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience with at least 3 years in similar position in a large reputed RMG Group.
∎ Must have working experience with Top Brands
∎ Must have good idea of RMG manufacturing process.
∎ Must have excellent grip on costing and is able to prepare quotation quickly based on a sample.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
