Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing Attendance Summery Report and reconciliation with concern Departments.
∎ Preparing and checking Late attendance and absent report .
∎ Overtime report preparation and reconciliation with the approval.
∎ Preparing Salary/wages/Overtime/bonus sheet as per company policy and Labour Law.
∎ Preparing Yearly increment sheet and posting.
∎ Leave management of the employees.
∎ New employee detail entry in Payroll.
∎ New employee training on attendance system.
∎ Any other job assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Salary: Negotiable
