∎ Age 30 to 42 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create accurate patterns from tech packs or samples, ensuring buyer specifications are met.
∎ Perform pattern checks, adjustments, and mark necessary allowances.
∎ Grade patterns according to buyer standards and measurements.
∎ Resolve fitting issues and provide solutions to ensure proper garment fit.
∎ Participate in risk assessments, pre-production meetings, and technical discussions.
∎ Proficiency in Lectra Modaris 2D and TUKA Tech.
∎ Strong knowledge of outerwear jackets and garment production processes
∎ Minimum 7 years in pattern development using Lectra Modaris 2D and TUKA Tech for renowned buyers such as PVH EU & USA, VF Asia, Decathlon, Columbia, OTCF, ZARA Man, ZARA Kids, and Intersport. Expertise in down and padding jackets is a must.
