∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Restaurant

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and make correction all food items as per given recipes.
∎ Involve in planning of dishes in addition to our establishment
∎ Ensure the workstations are clean and sanitize and the proper safety procedures are always observed by cooks.
∎ Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation in the kitchen.
∎ Ensure all foods items are prepared by maintaining the standard recipe whilst maintaining portion control and minimizing wastage.
∎ Perform other reasonable job duties as instructed by his superior.
∎ Maintain strict inventory of products
∎ Do ordering and receiving of products

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 8-10 years’ experience of working in a restaurant or hotel as a bakery & pastry chef or assistant chef.
∎ Must be able to work hand in hand with owners to achieve the same vision.
∎ Must be able to work under pressure
∎ Must be maintain a good environment in work place

Salary: Negotiable
