∎ Bachelor/ H.S.C/ Hotel School Diploma from reputed university (home or abroad)

∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Hotel, Restaurant
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop menu for baked items.
∎ Reply feedback of kitchen employees to department manager.
∎ Provide input for creation of baked goods.
∎ Complete daily food production sheets and other reports.
∎ Assist Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef as per requirements.
∎ Coordinate kitchen staffing and food quantities with high volume periods for banquets, restaurants and bar.
∎ Report special requests, food spoilage, and other Pastry concerns to Executive Chef/Executive Sous Chef.
∎ Respond quickly and accurately to requests for special accommodations.
∎ Inspect orders to ensure high quality and presentation.
∎ Create signature pastries, desserts and daily specials with approval from Executive Chef.
∎ Inspect ingredients upon delivery and before use to ensure quality.
∎ Assist in quarterly inventories and recommend stock amounts to Executive Chef.
∎ Store unused food properly to minimize waste.
∎ Share food and beverage complaints with Executive Chef and work to resolve.
∎ Ensure department adheres to RHG, hotel, local and state health, hygiene and safety policies.
∎ Monitor to ensure the complete adherence to the HACCP standard.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Worked in 4&5 (Star) branded hotels.
∎ Knowledge of local health and safety regulations.
∎ Baker/Pastry degree or equivalent experience.
∎ Three years experience in high-volume upscale kitchen.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
∎ Collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork.
∎ Able to resolve conflicts guests, supervisor and employee.
∎ Strong floor presence with focus and energy.
∎ Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
