Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee, facilitate and coordinate all aspects of partnership life cycle management, from stakeholder analysis, partner identification, due diligence, project development, agreement, start-up, implementation, monitoring through to close-out, coordinating effectively with all program, operations and finance components. Execution of RWWS's administrative plans, policies and decisions.
∎ In collaboration with Doner and relevant RWWS departments, develop Project Support Plans for each partner/project.
∎ Coordinate with Government Liaison Specialist to obtain Government of Bangladesh approvals for partners
∎ Coordinate the effective startup of partnerships, including Partnership Opening Meetings with partners, programs, M&E and other departments, as relevant.
∎ Ensure the timely review of partners' financial and narrative reports in accordance with the terms of their partnership agreements, coordinating with Partnership Finance Manager, programs teams.
∎ Supervise the Partnership Finance to ensure appropriate financial documentation in compliance with RWWS and donor regulations. Support the Partnership Finance Manager to work with the Finance Officer to facilitate timely processing of all partnership payments according to schedule
∎ Coordinate effective partnership close out processes, incorporating reflection, lessons learned and future planning.
∎ To promote a coherent, strategic and coordinated approach to local partnerships in RWWS and facilitate regular inter-departmental meetings to ensure effective collaboration across the Project for partnerships
∎ Work with senior management to ensure the partnerships unit is appropriately resourced and structured, including contributing to the operating budget and proposals to ensure adequate funding for staff, equipment and other Departmental needs
∎ With team members, identify individual training needs and ensure access to training and professional development resources appropriate to their skill gaps/needs.
∎ Carry out other financial, logistical and administrative duties for the project as needed.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management from time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ 12+ years' experience in relevant field.
∎ Minimum of 5 years working with local NGOs/INGs is an asset.
∎ Competencies & Skills:
∎ Strong analytical and Partnerships modeling skills that enable identification of both issues and solutions
∎ Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint
∎ Exhibits strong personal accountability
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
∎ Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
∎ Ability to multitask and prioritize
∎ Ability to learn new administrative information systems and data and to work between various IT systems efficiently and accurately
