Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Providing primary health care, limited curative care, Family Planning and SRHR related services at satellite clinic, ensuring increased access and availability of quality health care to the population in the remote places.
∎ Providing ANC and PNC services.
∎ Ensure access to emergency services, including a swift, affordable and effective referral system.
∎ Ensure all the medical data are inserted to designated software in timely manner.
∎ Establish community-based health services network through FCM (community health worker).
∎ Maintain coordination with local government & non-government stakeholders including Health & Family planning service providers.·
∎ Establish linkage and liaison with local government health and family planning authorities.
∎ Conduct satellite clinics in the community as per monthly plan.
∎ Prepare field level requisition (medicine and logistics).
∎ Maintain different types of register (Patient register, Eligible Couple Register, Family Planning Register, Nutrition Register & ANC/PNC Register).
∎ Dispatch medicine stock through software and maintain satellite clinic’s medicine stock.
∎ Provide support in conducting effective district and local level advocacy meetings with different stakeholders to ensure engagement of government and others Health actors.
∎ Coordinate Community Support Group (CSG) meeting.
∎ To undertake any other assignment given by the Friendship Management.
∎ Maintain various stock register including medicine and logistic stock.
∎ Participate in monthly satellite planning.
∎ Ensure clinical advice, diagnosis and patient history are taken through software.
∎ 04 years Diploma in Medical Faculty from recognized Medical Assistant Training School (MATS)·
∎ Should have valid registration from BMDC.
∎ 3 years job experience preferably in NGO and field level.
∎ Acceptability to the community people.
∎ High commitment & motivation to work in community level and remote places specially in riverine and hard-to-reach areas.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills.
∎ Good teamwork exposure.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) are other pre-requisites.
