Educational Requirements:
∎ 4 years Diploma under-recognized Medical Faculty/The State Medical Faculty of Bangladesh

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide primary health care and limited curative care at satellite and static clinics.
∎ Provide ANC, PNC, CSBA, and cervical cancer screening
∎ Access to emergency services, including a swift and affordable effective referral system
∎ Established community-based health services network through FCM
∎ Prepare field level requisition (financial, medicine, and logistics) and submit to Friendship Head office
∎ Ability to organize health services in which increased access and availability of quality health care to the population in the remote places
∎ Focuses on result for the client and responds positively to feedback
∎ To prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual progress reports of the field
∎ Maintain different type of registers (Patient register, Eligible Couple Register, Family Planning Register, Nutrition Register & ANC/PNC Register)
∎ Attend different coordination meeting with GoB and local official
∎ Conduct effective district and local level advocacy meeting with different stakeholders to ensure engagement of government and other Health actors
∎ Conduct different reflection learning workshop and document best practice from the field related to health entrepreneurship development and others
∎ Linkage and liaison with union Parishad, local stakeholders, and other health service providers
∎ Coordinate CSGs meeting (Community support group)
∎ To undertake any other assignment given by the Friendship Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Acceptability to the people or patients.
∎ Interpersonal capability and door-to-door visit in the community.
