Responsibilities & Context:
চাকরির শর্তাবলী প্রথম ১ মাস ট্রায়াল পিরিয়ড হিসেবে গণ্য হবে। ট্রায়াল পিরিয়ডে কর্মদক্ষতা মূল্যায়ন করা হবে। ট্রায়াল সফলভাবে সম্পন্ন হলে স্থায়ী নিয়োগ প্রদান করা হবে। প্রতিষ্ঠানের সকল নিয়ম-কানুন ও নীতিমালা মেনে চলতে হবে। বিনা অনুমতিতে অনুপস্থিতি গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়। অফিস সময় ও দায়িত্ব যথাযথভাবে পালন করতে হবে। গোপনীয় ব্যবসায়িক তথ্য সংরক্ষণ করতে হবে। অসদাচরণ বা দায়িত্বে অবহেলা প্রমাণিত হলে কর্তৃপক্ষ প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণের অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
